About Phsar

Why Phsar

Most of Cambodia buys and sells second-hand in Facebook groups and Telegram channels: no search that understands Khmer, no way to know who you are talking to, and the same scams week after week. Phsar (ផ្សារ, "market") is built for that, in Khmer first: a place to post a phone, a motorbike, a car, a room or anything else in under a minute, and to find what you need near you.

Posting is free. Buyers and sellers chat inside Phsar, so there is a record if something goes wrong, and our moderators and automatic checks look for the common scams: deposits, fake delivery fees, codes sent to your phone. The rules are short and public: the community rules and the safety guide.

We start in Phnom Penh and grow province by province.

How it works

Selling

1. Tap Post, choose a category, add a few photos and a price.
2. Publish. Your listing appears in search and on its category page at once; some are checked first.
3. Answer buyers in chat, meet in a public place, and mark the item as sold.

Buying

1. Pick your province and search, or browse a category.
2. Chat with the seller inside Phsar. Never pay a deposit or a fee before you have seen the item.
3. Meet in daylight, check the item, then pay.
